QND Results, Practice @ Farmingdale Today

The girls placed 10th and the boys placed 6th at the Quincy Notre Dame Invite yesterday.  Individual medal winners include champion Daniel Plunkett, Tyler Johnson (7th), Rachel Lange (27th), and Sabrina Salvacion (32nd).  Jacob Higginson (5th) and Alex Hermes (13th) also medaled in the JV race.
