For the first time in program history, both the boys and girls cross country teams emerged as Champions for the first time in program history yesterday.  Team Scores are as follows:

This event marks the first time in girls invite history where all 5 girls placed in the top 20 for a meet.

In addition, Steven Melin and Braden Moore set their all-time QND best marks running 17:15 and 17:30, respectively.  They crushed their times from last year's regional meet where they ran 17:23 and 17:56, putting them nearly 6 weeks ahead of where they were last year.  Great job everyone!
