Jacksonville Invite Results

The girls placed third as a team at Jacksonville, while the boys took home their third consecutive championship.  Final team scores were:

Individual medal winners include:

Girls 4x200 3rd place (Lauryn Leonard, Stephanie Race, Claire Watson, Hope Tewes)

Amber Clauser, 3rd place 60 meter hurdles

Hope Tewes 3rd place 200 meter dash

Lauren Feagans 3rd place 400 meter dash

Boys

Jake Wayda 2nd place 60 meter hurdles, 2nd place high jump

Tyler Johnson 1st place 800 meter run, 1st place 1600 meter run

David Plunkett 2nd place 800  meter run

Mason Kaufmann 3rd place triple jump

In addition, Jake Wayda set the new school record for the 60  meter hurdles at 8.72, besting Bjoern Adden's 8.98 set in 2013.

Freshman Zach Ely also set the freshman school record in the high jump with a leap of 5'10", besting David Shultz's 2014 record of 5'8".
