Saturday, October 28 2023 - IHSA Class A SectionalI am so very proud of all that ran Saturday! We strung together our best results of the season, and we managed to do the very best we could do, qualifying for the state meet for the 5th time in school history!

The most amazing drop came from sophomore Ryan Driskill. In 2022, as a freshman, Ryan started his high school career running 21:42 at the Rochester Invite. At the Elmwood Invite that year, he ran 20:03. In 2023 at sectionals he ran 16:03.57. That's a 5 minute and 38 second drop in a year, which is incredible.
